  • Our Office Hours are Monday-Thursday | 8:00 am - 4 :00 pm PST, Friday | 8:00 am - 12:00 pm PST
  • Our Policy is to ship orders for in-stock merchandise within 24 hours.
  • Upon request, priority orders received by 12:00 pm Pacific Time (3:00 pm EST) can normally ship that
  • same afternoon.
  • In an effort to provide the best possible delivery service, we utilize Federal Express Ground, United Parcel Service, and Parcel Post.  We will automatically select the quickest, least expensive routing for each order.
  • All rush delivery services:  3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day are available. Net 30 Days (for credit approved accounts) F.O.B. Oakdale, CA.

  • If immediate shipment of an initial order is desired, please use your American Express, Visa, Master, or Discover Card, or send certified check or Postal Money Order for the full amount, plus 10% for shipping.

  • A service charge of $5.00 will be added to each order less than our $75.00 minimum, a $5.00 service charge will be added to each order that requires a drop shipment.

  • Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1 ½% per month (18% per year), but in no event higher than permitted by law in the state of destination.  Orders will not be shipped to past due accounts.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.  All orders are subject to acceptance by our Oakdale office, and will be invoiced at prices prevailing at the time of shipping.

  • Authorized returns of saleable merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  •  
  • Most Tide-Rider products are warrantied for one year after date of purchase from Tide-Rider against defective workmanship or material when used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions, and provided proper care has been given. Electronic items are warrantied as above for 90 days after date of purchase from Tide-Rider. No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization from our Oakdale office.

  • Back ordered items will be shown on your original Invoice, and will be shipped automatically when in-stock.  If you do not want these back ordered items, please notify us to cancel them.  No deductions for freight charges will be allowed on back orders, or on back orders that are returned.
